Isabel Pasta is made with ancient Senatore Cappelli durum wheat. Stone mill processing and hung dry the traditional way on beech wood frames.

Isabel.bio Olive Oil uses use different cultivars of olive trees that are native to Abruzzo. These cultivars are Castiglionese, Frantoio,Leccino, Dritta, Pendolino, Rosciola, Leccio del corno and Olivastro.

Nero de Sulmona is a black garlic cream made with Red Sulmona Garlic (Aglio Rosso di Sulmona) renowned for its delicate taste without any hint of bitterness. The black garlic honey cream is made with local Abruzzi honey.

Confetti Mario Pelino is one of the oldest Italian confectioneries founded in 1783 by Bernardino Pelino and located in Sulmona, Abruzzo, a region known for the production of Jordan almonds.
